Exec key have the same key as the premium.

I wonder why people dont talk about the SAT gear function? Since most of the owners hate the CVT?

I tried a few times but I don't feel the jerk.

Hi all.. two questions from a newbie

1- If i want to install a bodykit, do i have to do something with the exhaust?

because some people say that the exhaust will melt the BK..

2- Is Taiwan-made Rim light and not so good?

May i know does Royal Purple hps 10w40 suitable for preve CFE? My mileage still 7k. I just wanna try royal purple, since last time i use RP on my Kelisa was so good!

key folding style

1. if install original r3 bk, it comes with a curvy exhaust tip just plug into the existing exhaust. if you don't do that it will sure melt your bk

Anyone here who use Proton Preve CVT Exec encounter this before.

Today when i drive from my house to University Malaya and have lunch with my friends then when i reach a dead end road so i have to reverse my car.

When i change the gear to R then i start to reverse the car.

While reversing half way my car suddenly engine cut off.

I have to restart back the car.

That time my car only on radio listening music through pendrive at volume 15 then aircond temperature and speed is only half that means only 50%.

I want to know why my car engine suddenly cut off and i have to restart the car when i reversing.

If manual / premium / LE also got this issue ?

u know BM 99 Accessories Shop?? just next to it.. Lean Guan Accessories shop.. got do tinted and others d.. that row.. their worker are nice, do it gently.. didnt broke any dashboard clip.. u go there install will be the 2nd preve.. im the first preve to install camera over there.. but their worker got experienced one.. coz i knew one of it.. he is the dad for a baby that my mum take care..

go 99 accessories shop they said preve cant install.. initially i just want go compare price only.. but 99 accessories said cant install.. so i straight install at lean guan..

i noticed some of people mentioned this issue. but only executive.. I never read Premium variants got engine dead off suddenly.. mine unit never got this problem too.. hmm.. maybe in future when u go sc, please inform them u encounter this issue, ask them to reflash tcu or inspect any problem.. im sure they will received the same issue from others.. even in fb group also do read some executive variants owner mentioned about this.

Bro what means by TCU ?

I am still newbie in car knowledge.

TCU is transmission control unit. since when you are engaged into Reverse gear and engine dead off.. probably is transmission issue.

TCU will do send a signal to ECU (Engine control unit) to retard timing. TCU function mainly is send transmission to ecu to tell engine shift the transmission nicely.

when report issue, just tell them your issue.. engine dead off after enter reverse gear. ask them check for you first. then solve it.
