I think that promotion has ended on 31 Jul. A new one for Merdeka should be announced in the next few days.

Saw one by Toyota. They are offering an additional RM1000 rebate on top of their existing promotion. Will Proton do better? Hope so. Ha.

Obviously it's gooding coz I purchase my car during this promotion period. The 3 years free service is a great addition. Sadly, the promo ended on End of July. Just need to wait for Aug promo. Hopefully it is much better as I'm eligible to choose the better promo (still in loan processing period).

Strange, you should qualify for the free 3 yrs service as you registered by 31 Jul.

What was the reason your SA said you don't get the 3 yrs free service? They did not know? Show them the newspaper advert.

Yes, my SA manager told me that the free service only provides the Proton Mach 5 lub oil (the cheapest one). Need to pay if I wanted something better.

I am impressed after installing a sub woofer for my home theatre system. So a sub woofer in the car should also increase my music enjoyment while in the car! Ha.

This is what my SA told me personally. The free services comes with 7 vouchers. It's for the 1000KM, 10K, 20K, 30K, 40K, 50K, 60K interval services.

The best part is that even if they submit my form on either 7th, 11th or the 13th of next month (in this case Aug) due to incomplete documents (mine is I need my sis' document as she is my guarantor), I still be able to get the the July promotion. Heck, I also be able to choose whichever promo that have the higher value (if Aug promo is better).

Guess that your SA is just plain lazy or not very knowledgeable or "melepas batok di tangga".

Today tyre punctures. f*** and go through the side. Almost boom ady. Need change new tyre. Haiz. Broken. Change better synthium oil. Mach 5 keep for iswara use.

found the rattling sound behind of car.. and i solved it yesterday, its come from rear seat. readjust back the rear seat.. and i found it's quite difficult to bend the seat down.. now solved..

1 more things that i find out is the window controller on driver side, when the driver window close up, the panel over window controller seems will up a little bit too..

part of my review for this Preve Turbo with 2 weeks usage..

1. Performance - consider powerful within 1.6cc engine (of course turbo help some). but this turbo we got is not really trying to boost the power, but its help to boost to carry the heavy body move forward easier only. the fastest speed i tried is 180km/h ( cant go anymore i think).

2. Fuel consumption - so far i think its about ok average.. about 50km/rm10.. depend on right foot. i able to get 8l/100km for my work travel everyday.

3. Stability, handling - is real good. able to corner the out junction with 100km/h but dont try better.. better keep below 80km/h.. suspension is good..

4. Tinted window - the ecotint come with preve turbo is ok average to me for each side.. but front windshield is totally cannot accept.. will find out ecotint shop in my place and try to put another layer on it.. colour starting changed darker a bit. but people still able to see through from outside.

5. HU - so far so good, excellent for the bluetooth calling.. but the worst is the GPS. reception is good, but map is totally outdated. its ok, wont really use it, i will depend on my ipad papago/waze..

6. Seat - consider not so comfort, feel quite solid.. if able to make it softer a bit will be nicer.. but good things is not leather seat, will feel very hot.

Overall, quite like my preve turbo.. just feel sad that i have to buy a new tyre for it after 10 days usage.. very wasted.. for me, if the person not so care about the fuel consumption, i will guarantee recommend this car in this price range.. but if people want better fc, definitely this is not the first choice. so far dont have major problem on my car *touchwood* hopefully dont have in future too..

Like to get some feedback from those playing songs from pendrive via USB media in your Preve. OK to leave the pendrive in the car? Or CD? 100% no problem or may get damaged over time under the hot sun?

P/S Wonder how was the music from the 50 ct disk. 

Just got my Preve about 2 hrs ago. Went to pick up my son from school. Smooth drive. Can see the power when I needed to pick up speed. Have to be gentle on the pedal to keep to the speed limit. Ha.

Taking my family out for my daughter's birthday today. In a brand new car!  Ha.

Guys, quick question. Preve's gear indicator next to the gear knob (the P,N,R etc) doesn't have light issit?

I think you need to switch on your head lights then the gear P ...D will light up. Talking from my Premium car. I think that should be the same in all Preve.
