Not DIBS.....no more DIBS d now......is developer suffering no sales on Savanna, therefore offer a scheme which allow buyer to pay the first 10% downpayment by 12months interest free installment

eg. If u buy RM400k Savanna

Even u get loan 90% u will still need to pay RM40k when u sign SPA, however now got 13k rebate so u need to pay oni RM27k
, somemore now Mahsing scare the buyer don even have RM27k so offer RM27k/12 = around RM2.3k

end of the day.....ah dog ah pig got RM5.3k can buy Savanna d

u will expect what kind of neighbour u will be having in future if u r the owner

If mahsing offer 10% rebate then means they are selling at lower pricing and they will earn less and get less profit.

if offer installment for downpayment....they don need to sacrifiy their margin and profit

Give u 10% rebate means cannot get single cents evwn u sign SPA.....must wait progress baru korek a bit a bit.....developer punya contractor no money no start work one lo

U might say Mahsing very rich don care this. But i think every project financial run independantly

a lot of factor one la.....one word only......if sales good.....1 cent discount pun tarak one.....u go c some.of other project from YTL or SimeDarby....where got so many freebies one

still struggling to sell...price strategy has to be more attractive as this is a really new and immature township..

Agree!!! The biggest problem of this township comparing to those suscessful township like setia Alam or Kota Kemuning is 3000units super high density Condo as core of this township!!!!

Setia Alam, Kota Kemuning, Desa Park City all is at least Terrace link house as core for the township which attrwct more family own stay residence

however this township is clearly seen to attract all flipper

during completion.....u will expect the property agent banner cover the entire Savanna until cannot c the window

MS has to rely on the 3000 units high density condo as the site is not that big compared to the other township you mentioned above. IMHO, if this condos don't do well it will affect the success of this township as a whole. That is why the SA told me that PLUS will only start constructing the interchange upon 100% sales of the condos. Furthermore, Southville seems isolated as it is on the other side of the highway (would be nice if it is near to jalan bangi lama).

I have received a bill from lawyer firm Khairin Nissa to make the payment of stamp duty and disbursement fees.

Anyone of you already paid and anything I should take into consideration or clarify before I pay it?
