Early 2010, so that's 130k increase within 4 years. Location is Jalan Puchong/Old Klang Road. To make matters worse, bank only evaluated the property at RM260k, but because the previous owner was selling it to me partially furnished, he refused to budge from his asking price of RM270k. That means I was buying a property that was over the market price and had to fork out more than RM40k cash for the balance downpayment and also the other miscellaneous fees (lawyer fees for S&P and loan, stamp duty, MRTA....etc).

Old Klang Road/Jalan Puchong might be very happening today, hot property prices but it wasn't like that back in 2010.

after 4 years installments & upfront cost, roi not that good...own stay no issue then

1st time bought MS Product. A new city to be developed but not the existing Bangi. So it still attracted me to place the booking fees after review all the information about a new city.  

By the way, today only i know so many INFORMATION could be found in the forum, but it seems somebody would abuse it.

Better make an appointment with those sales person and go to ask them from A to Z.

What Sales Person tells u sometime is nt true....just like got SA inform that Southville CONFIRM got AEON.....problem is.....no official announcement yet

u can even c it at Mudah ppl post that this city consist AEOn....problem is just rumor

if this is confirm.....Southville will make annoucement to boost up their sales instead of keep quiet
