Quite alot cross the RM400k mark actually, especially Block C.

3k unit so fast sold meh, in fact 3 blok not launched yet.

MS project good to sell slowly because they increase price every few months.

Vp 2018 no rush selling
If they finish selling at 2017 the price already surpassed rm500k which is a decent profit from 1st launch rm300k.

yup, savanna Service apt is under residential title, i d check with developer office bf.... But the sales is much slower than expected.... A bit worry lah... What will be the consequnces under such circumstances ? In terms of buyer perspective ? GOOD OR BAD? Hope all the sifus can tunjuk ajak and share abit..
