Hello, I booked this unit but decided to cancel it due to location,quite far from office. My agent told me if loan already approved, I can only get return 2K out of 3K deposit, anyone have experience it before ?

Call Mah Sing, and speak with refund dept .The refund amount would be RM2940. Only the purchaser will get the refund because we issue cheque under the name that you write in the cancellation form.

Go into their sales gallery in Bangi and talk directly to the Mahsing staff. You should be able to get a full refund. |
