You don't need to jump the gun on my comment. What I'm saying is I don't agree with what you said about KJ, that i think it is of high end side of PJ based on the price and people's acceptance of property prices. Nothing to do with english not english.

If you don't want to talk about luxury type like Lot 15, the cantara is already way more expensive PSF compared to Panorama.

Hack, even the Grand SS15 is more expensive than Panorama.

Panorama is literally the CHEAPEST freehold new project serviced apartment that is not beyond shah alam area.

Some might even thought Panorama is a low entry level serviced apartment. But I believe it should be around the middle end.

FREEHOLD With CONSENT. means you have to get state consent when selling next time. like leasehold but without 99 years period

Was comparing that part of KJ lots of leasehold. Anyway PJ has large areas of leasehold housing, like PJ new town and old town, many of the older sections in gasing area, sects 13,14,16,17,51,52 etc sure there’s more which I don’t know. Unique part is there’s freehold within some of those sections.

Bcos there were former gov staff housing n ex tin mining land...

Eg..near ambank and new towm....tbere is lake there rite??? Why is there lake?? Bcos it was former tin mine.

Same with old town, dato harun sunway...all were ex tin mining land.

Kj also got lake rite????? Most lakes in KV werent natural....they were mostly ex tin minng.

Also this part got many golf courses.....

Why? Bcos its easier and cheaper to buy ex tin mining land and converted them into golf course.

Do yiou know that golf course land NEVER FREEHOLD?

Panorama is literally the cheapest project before shah alam. Hack even tropicana metropark is more expensive than panorama despite being near shah alam/batu tiga.


It is even cheaper for bumi since they give high bumi discount.


I will say Panorama is very suitable for muslim bumi in view that it is near the mosque and high bumi discount. If they no buy then rugi.... whereas if non-bumi buys ... even though it is cheaper than any other project out there without bumi discount, it is definitely not ideal having a mosque so nearby (plus, with high bumi discount, it devalues the property for non-bumi investors)

i am trying to say "maybe ss 4 and ss 3" part of kelana NOT panorama that part of kelana.

Batu tiga is also considered subang but no one is going to bat an eye on that location.
