anyone here got problem with the water heater in master bedroom bathroom?
the water heater comes with the unit.

I find the water is not hot at all, not even warm. it's just like not-cold.

Already got 1st lelong unit check in from here. Still high price base on bank valuation.
Maybe wait few months down only worth to take a look.

Parking issue. Other than that, the place is good.

The parking block(block B) has 8 floors but they make it into split floors. So if you’re on the 8th floor, it’s like you’re going around 16 times. It made me dizzy.

If you’re staying in block A, you need to go down the elevator, then go down a few steps (no ramps), then walk to the bridge. It’s not convenient if you have a baby pram to push. Overall, its a badly designed parking block. Other than that, it’s ok.

Any owners defect fixing delayed by SD? T__T

Mine still have cracks even after repairing and is multiple areas!! Leaks as well from the top.. and dilly dally bu them..
