Received this email from SDB recently, for the commercial units in this residence.
looks like target completion is mid 2018. wonder if the residential units are going to be ready before that.. |

Received email from TNB on the electric bill registrations recently.
Weird thing though, the progress billing on the bank loan.. if i'm not mistaken it is still at 60-70%. Anyone here seeing the same? |

i received the letter from SD last month, about the last payment required before VP.
do i need to do anything? i supposed the bank will release the payment, right? |

anyone here got problem with the water heater in master bedroom bathroom?
the water heater comes with the unit. I find the water is not hot at all, not even warm. it's just like not-cold. |
