Most crucial one is the cracked structural ceiling, getting bigger and bigger at the living hall . Kitchen cabinet another one. others minor . Still waiting for sime to repair

Question : I have installed aircons and one of them are not cold. Installer suspected that the copper wiring inside crocked thus the cold air cannot flow in, can I still filed as complaint even if my aircon is up there?

My issue was when I switched on the living hall a/c, water started to leak from the piping. Upon inspection, it was not from bad a/c installation so we filed a complaint with SD. Problem resolved by them claiming they clear the blockage in the pipe T___T

And yes, fine cracks at almost all corners of my unit. The window panels were also badly installed.

Is it normal for the letterbox hole sooooooooooo small? Mine is like only can slip in one paper . Can’t imagine if thicker letter

I am posting this on behalf of another friend owned unit 10 there, block B and he has checked the Unit 01 also having same issue.

For those intermediate units, please check the wall next to your sliding door thoroughly, it is not made of bricks.

But it is from plaster board wall , it has hollow sound and this material is not stated in S&P. Check your S&P. Please raise this complaint IMMEDIATELY.

Also, beware of your unit being repair. You need to check your unit on and off.

the same friend's good toilet door being tear down and replaced a spoilt door while his unit is being repaired. Today he went to the management office and confronted them, asked to show the CCTV recording. It captured the maintainence staffs took a door out to the lift on Saturday mroning. The bangadesh workers admitted that they were under instructions by the local Malay staff to do so to dismantle and install it another unit? Why is this happening? It is clearly shown that the local supervisor sudah terima duit but why can they simply pick and choose the repaired unit on that time and steal it?


How did my friend find out? The ‘new’ door has foot stains , stopper hole and worst of all, totally can not close it. worst of all, he never ever complaint about any defect of that door!

We are paying so much for the property and getting lousy contractors. Not ethical at all.

Updates: the whole team sime rep, management team and project team were there. They claimed his door was spoiled but He insisted to view the cctv as the supervisor said they changed it to level 16-01. After arguements , it was to level 24. Checked the cctv and found the ‘stolen’ door at level 24 same timing. They claimed it was spoilt. But from the cctv photo, the door is perfectly in good condition. The manager there Cakap Sudah tukar for you , apa you nak lagi? They were trying to deny the issue and no proper solutions given . He waited there from 830’am till 5pm .

Take note that the management claimed level b16-01 is still empty, key has not collected yet and they will replaced the spoilt door to the unit. This is ridiculous and the way they said were like benda Rosak letak in those uncollected key units . So, owner of B16-01 , please check your unit as spoilt items might be installed there.

Please take not of your asset, they might have your keys to repairs and they would take some stuffs out from your unit. Bangladesh staffs were under instructions by the local malay supervisor.

This is indeed shocking from such a reputable developer.

The sime rep said that was not their job to check and view cctv recordings. Then whose job? No proper investigations, just telling him pintu rosak dah baiki for you. what do you want somemore? they told him that he is wasting their time. Hello, Sime ! you salah you cover your backside macam ini?

But why the local supervisor instructed the Bangla to take the good door from that level to level 16 (unclaimed unit) then finally admitted to level 24, cctv recording timing gap 2 mins from affected floor to 24th. The door claimed rosak tepi sudut, but cctv photo semua sudut pun ok aje. I strongly believe that supervisor sudah terima duit to fix the other owner door's fast and simply take other unit's property which is currently repairing for the sake of convenience.

About the plaster board wall, the architect came and inspected the wall, and he agreed that it is too hollow, then, why SIME berani delivered such units to owners? Owners at the intermediate units, Tower B, you are affected, plaster board wall is not stated in the S&P. PLEASE RAISE THE COMPLAINT, your premium purchase is not meant for plaster board wall, which is not in your S&P.

At the end of the day, Sime replied my friend text, saying that they have solved his issues...... waallllaauauuu salah is salah. Nak KPI cantik pulak?!!!

from his experience today, I begin to worry that if anytime items in my unit will be simply replaced by a spoilt item if you are not attentive enough.

My defects repairing : super slow, Signature kitchen installer is still not here yet, already more than 1 mths submitting my key.
Sime darby, I am seriously disappointed in your appointed architect/ contractors/ your not professional staffs.

OMG I just read all this updates. Shit! Why like this one. Bought from Sime darby thinking everything would be better. which plaster board wall? where the tv should be? or the balcony area? This is for C units right?

For the benefit of others replying here, if Im not mistaken the postman drops the letters in one box. then from there the staff will put in respective mailbox. i think they have a master key. saw a lock on the side. If im not mistaken this is how its done. i maybe wrong.
