Parking issue. Other than that, the place is good.

The parking block(block B) has 8 floors but they make it into split floors. So if you’re on the 8th floor, it’s like you’re going around 16 times. It made me dizzy.

If you’re staying in block A, you need to go down the elevator, then go down a few steps (no ramps), then walk to the bridge. It’s not convenient if you have a baby pram to push. Overall, its a badly designed parking block. Other than that, it’s ok.

I never thought the condo will have same problem with the landed property . our taman by SD out of 10 houses, 8 already do bypass from main pipe.
