The Glades project is meant to create *high-end* living concept SD trying to copy DPC and LakeEdge here that's why the hefty price tag you can visit their existing show units of townhouse, superlink, semi-d and bungalow to get the feel of the surrounding price tag of these... all starts from millions one  |

Anyhow, 600++ psf for high-end condo is still cheaper than the other projects which asking for 700++ psf
But those are within prime area, e.g PJ, BU, BS and etc Whether SD can justify 600++ psf for Putra Heights address, that's the main question to be asked here |
