One medium egg is around 80-90 calories. I guess he mistaken the "cup" as "pcs".
*
yea, I am sorry mistakenly 1 cup = pcs. it should be 3tbsp = 1 pc.
How about my breakfast milo combo? any mistake? if no mistake I will just focus to add milo in breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack.
milo: 640*4= 2560 cal
Chocolate bar (5)= 550 cal
rice (200gr) + scramble eggs(4) = 500 cal
1 maggie = 380 cal
orange juice = 100 cal

total : 4,090 cal

Actually to fulfill 3000 calories daily for the average person who rely on outside food is quite difficult. Normally a portion of the average meal is about 500 to 600 calories (1 portion of noodles or nasi lemak or mixed rice) so you need to eat a larger portion like add rice, egg or meat to bump up to 800 or 900 calories. But 2 main meals and still less then 2000 cal. Breakie + supper or Inbtw is required for another 1000 cal.

Try maintaining this rate everyday. Yes someone will come in and say they whack 2000 calories just for their breakfast and everyday total 5000 cal. But how much will that cost to an Avg wage earner? Is it even possible without breaking the bank or cooking every meal your self?

Oso it's quite awkward when eating w other ppl to order double portions or extra extra...... especially when someone is treating or normally split bill equally (not A A)

This is my dilemma, m thinking of supplementing with mass gainer.

I don't think you can hit 2.5k with milo. Miscalculation there.
Why u want to eat all these empty calories? you need to hit ur macros too.
And why do u need 4k calories?

I don't know what you are trying to do here man. Might as well eat 10 bags of 70g potato chips, with 320 - 350kcal each, and hit 3200 - 3500kcal. It is easier and on promo, it is RM2 a bag. 10 bags cost you RM 20 the whole day.

Go google real food.

Deep fried egg - 200kcal

Most vegetable oil contain trans-fat and its not good for your health.
Egg & whey has proteins and that is all you need. BCAA not necessary.
Eat variety of food to bulk. Don't make the bulking look so hard and limited to certain food only. Where's the cheeseburger, pizza, nuts, peanut butter, milk, potato, fried chicken, etc?
