Basically any sweet stuff like those in the bakery, breads, buns, cakes, tons of sweet drinks (air bandung, sirap, Pearl Milk Tea or anything sweet), chocolates, sweets, ice cream, cendol, desserts. Normal foods would be Sweet Rojak(both Indian and CHinese/Malay style) and all those CHinese/Malay/Indian food, if they're sweet I would enjoy them a lot more And also quite addicted to carbs, which will be converted to sugar in the end, like rice, noodles, pasta (most of us still can't live without it)
But I've stopped consuming carbs or sweet stuff close to 1 month already since adopting the ketogenic diet. Cravings have dropped significantly though sometimes when I see people eating pasta/ramen I feel a bit sad
For a keto diet, instead of using sugar/carbs as an energy source, my body uses fats for my daily activities
As reported from most keto dieters, you're usually less hungry compared to a high carb diet.
