I'm glad I started counting calories so that I can control my eating. If not, I can eat non stop since I'm a big eater biggrin.gif
*
please tell me how I can reach 3500 calories/day with minimal eating/costs?

What I do:
1 litre of coffee+milo/ovaltine+sugar+palm oil(4 spoon)
200gr of rice
4 pieces of eggs (scramble or omelette)
4 slice of bread+ovomaltine crunchy cream
40gr of cashew nut chocolate bar
1 apple

is this enough to get 3500 calories?
tks

I really doubt that is even 2000 calories. Is that all you eat? Where is the meat?

To achieve 3500 calories u need to eat at least 2 extra 'regular' meals on top of of your breakie, lunch and dinner.
*
can I add 5 packets of maggie to make it 3500 calories?

I saw the label in chocolate bar 20gr = 110kcal. if I ate 500gr chocolate bar/day already 2750kcal.
I need light food that bring more kcal rather than food like chicken breast that make my stomach bloated.
any idea?

Are you gonna eat 25 chocolate bars? If you aren't able to eat a lot, separate them to smaller meals.
*

My last night supper was 1L of Marigold HL Strawberry Milk + 2 large chill banana as a shake and 5 whole eggs because I eat less on dinner.
*
How much your calories intake per day bro?

Here's mine. 3.7k calories. Is it enough? I exceeded protein intake without whey according my fitness pal already 130+gr.

One medium egg is around 80-90 calories. I guess he mistaken the "cup" as "pcs".
*
yea, I am sorry mistakenly 1 cup = pcs. it should be 3tbsp = 1 pc.
How about my breakfast milo combo? any mistake? if no mistake I will just focus to add milo in breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack.
milo: 640*4= 2560 cal
Chocolate bar (5)= 550 cal
rice (200gr) + scramble eggs(4) = 500 cal
1 maggie = 380 cal
orange juice = 100 cal

total : 4,090 cal

Actually to fulfill 3000 calories daily for the average person who rely on outside food is quite difficult. Normally a portion of the average meal is about 500 to 600 calories (1 portion of noodles or nasi lemak or mixed rice) so you need to eat a larger portion like add rice, egg or meat to bump up to 800 or 900 calories. But 2 main meals and still less then 2000 cal. Breakie + supper or Inbtw is required for another 1000 cal.

Try maintaining this rate everyday. Yes someone will come in and say they whack 2000 calories just for their breakfast and everyday total 5000 cal. But how much will that cost to an Avg wage earner? Is it even possible without breaking the bank or cooking every meal your self?

Oso it's quite awkward when eating w other ppl to order double portions or extra extra...... especially when someone is treating or normally split bill equally (not A A)

This is my dilemma, m thinking of supplementing with mass gainer.

this one cheaper than mass gainer:

I don't think you can hit 2.5k with milo. Miscalculation there.
Why u want to eat all these empty calories? you need to hit ur macros too.
And why do u need 4k calories?
*
actually the secret is not in milo. see the vegetable oil calories.
Maybe I will consider to add up my whey and bcaa consumption because eggs no whey right?

1 tbsp = 120 cal.

yeah you are right.

I found that the cheapest protein in the market is tempeh. even cheaper by half compared with protein powder in the market.
