You are not downloading from european servers, this issue is only for european server. For local servers my speed is perfect.

Is it true that TIME will not lay cable for condos who're already have Tm's UNIFI?

the signal strength of the e1200 kinda sucks; behind 2 walls cannot get signal d.

My first week of using time was great, uploads and downloads were above what I Paid. Then it all started going to hell on the second week, downloads speeds were around 2mb to 3mb... Uploads was worst.
Contacted the cust service via email, they are very incompetent , Gave up on TM for their Sevice... manatau Time also same. But please is there any1 else to contact for help?
Any1 can help me here?

Edit : Tried to use boost for the first time. No difference in speed, wasted 2 hours for slower connection

i can get 60Mb is because when starting few second the speed is 280Mb, after that is 46mb, speedtest file too small and it just take average.

dl game in Uplay i just can get 5.8MB/s and Unifi ftth get 6.5MB/s this the different..
why like that, it is because time gv 50Mb from their place, when reach user site it will loss and get speed below 50Mb.
Unifi gv 50Mb+ from there site, when the speed reach user house the speed still more than 50Mb.

Example
From time server 50Mb speed, distance to user site loss 3Mb, user get 47Mb speed.
From Unifi server 56Mb speed, distance to user site loss 5Mb, user get 51Mb speed.

i think is like that, but not so sure...

I already feedback this long time ago d, TMNUT did a higher capped, for example if they advertised 8mbps, they will capped maybe 8.5mbps. For time I think they only give a small higher margin on capped. for example, for 8mbps they will capped 8.2 instead.

Hence overall for time, the speed is like around +- 10% on average. time should put a >15% buffers on this instead.

full cone NAT on tplink router, my WIFI will crash. Need to restart tplink router.

So my advice, pls turn off the FULL CONE NAT in TPLINK.

Btw guys, just a precaution from me, you might not want to put your complete IP address where almost everyone can see. I still believe no one here got malicious intent, but just to be on the safe side, blur out your complete IP address.
Just like the other user said, a slight deviation should be alright. I'm on the 100 Mbps subscription, most of the time only got 90+ on speedtest (when not over 100GB of use).

Agreed, and the customer service is shit and dishonest. They contacted me to tell me my bandwidth to Europe should have improved, and yet when I tested again I saw no improvement and sent the results back to customer service. More than a week later and nothing heard back. Surprise surprise, Malaysian customer service at it's best

I am convinced that Time has cut costs on their backbone connections and are doing their best to fool everyone to thinking it is business as usual. Why else is it that when you call customer service they say there is no problem where as here we have agents(paid reps of Time) telling us there are ongoing "issues", with the standard response of send me your trace and ping. Surely they would have had collected enough data by now to fix the issue, if there really is an issue.

When I speak to my MDeC account manager next, I will ask him why ISP's in Malaysia can not provide reliable internet bandwidth to Europe.

Came home to no Internet today. ZTE wireless router (ZXHN H298N) shows "Authentication Failure" under WAN status.
