Hi guys, does anyone else have problem with Rapidgator or ExtMatrix? My downloads from those sites are ridiculous. Last month it was great as usual (> 5 mBps), since a couple of weeks it dropped to approx. 100-150 kBps, and now it struggles to reach 50 kBps. I tried to ping and tracert the mentioned sites and indeed the connections aren't good. So I'm basically asking other users if they have the same problem or is it just me? The strange thing is that I have another premium subscription with another filehosting website, the tracert and ping results are similar to those of ExtMatrix, but the download speed is much different.

Let's say I wanna move from 1 unit to another unit within the same condominium. Is it possible for me to bring my TIME internet with me? (Have 2 years contract)

May I know, if that particular new Unit already got TIME internet, can I still move my old TIME to there?

Supposed to be on a 50mb connection but I'm receiving these speeds.

My actual download speed testing some download files is at 200kb/s.

When I tested the same file on unifi it was at 2mb/s.

What is wrong with Time?

It is very bad unbearable. I can't even stream tv shows.

I've noticed the problem too. Night time speed to anywhere out of Asia is totally borked.

Here's local speed to a Time Server. Not bad!


Speed to Singapore is pretty decent too.


Then it gets bad. This is the fastest server I could get in Australia.


This is the fastest server I've found for London.


Fastest server I got for New York.


I've noticed international speeds are capped at 5-6 mbps at most, other servers get 1 or less mbps, or the test fails completely and times out. This really needs to get looked at.

tonite is HORRIBLE........ what take them so long to fix their routing issue.... is very unstable... don't they know what's wrong with their network.... so many people cannot be wrong.... speediest can peak over 1XXmbps but downloads are 3kbs... call helpdesk as usual.... ping test speed test...

But that's all you ask for Ping Test and Tracert and the outcome? Nothing so far... you ask for proof we provide yet no outcome.. I think the people complaining here just want a working line that we have paid for especially at night.

I really hope that there will be so solution soon, this current situation is really unacceptable. See attached for how terribly my current Time Fibre connection is.
