tracert seems ok but when i ping over alot of time outs...

but playing at oceanic and they move the servers to australia.

i try to ping to na server seems fine.. only australia server having this problem..

it was ok last week this week tuesday start lagging.

my friend from same condo different unit also facing this problem.

Hmm... just completed my relocation service... just a few hours later suddenly the internet is down, LOS light blinking steadily, TEL1 also blinking (slower)

Last few hours even when turning router off and on multiple times doesn't work. Should I just call CS or is there anything I can fix on my end?

Update: called CS, all they did was tell me to pull the optical cable, switch off on, then when the LOS light still blink they just said to hold for a report number and they'll get back to me in 24 hours. Very frustrating lah, waited over a month for relocation already, within a few hours problem...

Very big possibility you are having high reading on the fibre connector or at the other end which is the splitter.

Not much you could do, unless you have fibre tools, please report to CS at 1800 18 1818..

but bro problem is when im using unifi at work (my friend playing at home complaining lag), or tried the proxy like battle ping.. my game is smooth

Yeah bro. It's on and off with that hop. One week ok, 2 weeks bad and so on.

I've resorted to using a tunnel service now to bypass it. Have already made my report to Astro IPTV 3 times about this problem but it's still not resolved.

This on & off problem still not fully resolved since 2013.

Anyway there is a 5mb Unlimited package(RM 99 per month) which only offer to certain Buildings.

What's your email address bro? I'll send you the pingplotter results I saved from different dates.

I'm still reading through the thread, but any suggestions on alternative router (since jjj2 told me that the official router kinda sucks when I signed the contract).

If possible, preferably something that supports dd-wrt (might as well start play around with dd-wrt if I'm changing router, back in Unifi I just use the default cokia router haha)
