Hmm... just completed my relocation service... just a few hours later suddenly the internet is down, LOS light blinking steadily, TEL1 also blinking (slower)
Last few hours even when turning router off and on multiple times doesn't work. Should I just call CS or is there anything I can fix on my end? Update: called CS, all they did was tell me to pull the optical cable, switch off on, then when the LOS light still blink they just said to hold for a report number and they'll get back to me in 24 hours. Very frustrating lah, waited over a month for relocation already, within a few hours problem... This post has been edited by bondonabudget: Nov 20 2014, 11:36 PM |
