Ok already sign up for 100mbps and installation was done today. But I'm getting a download speed of 23mbps and 7mbps upload. Why ? TIME router provided is not good enough ? What is the problem here ?
I'm using WiFi between. Haven't tried LAN cable yet. Thank you |

I a bit confused on the time broadband hardware setup. First, the optical cable will need to connect to the ZTE optical device, then only connect to router via LAN cable. So the original optical device provided by TIME can support up to how many mbps?
And do we need to ensure the cable used to connect between both device must be certain type of Lam cable? |

Changed to TIME Fibre for less than a month, and already face 1st internet down issue.
Location: Pelangi Damansara Apartment Block D Issue: No internet / voice; repeater down Time to resolve: 1 Business follows Pelangi Management (technician does not have permission to enter during non working hours). So, just using my mobile hotspot at the moment until issue is resolved. Feeling... meh... |
