Why always use PM to pass info or answer our questions, isn't it better if just post it here so anyone who read this treat got the info. It's not that the answer or helping info is something so secretive or confidential to be posted. Just my suggestions, it's frustrating every time seeing some interested question like those modems problems solving and routers setting been answered with something like "Please check your PM bro" doh.gif

I am currently using Astro IPTV + 10 Mbps TIME Broadband, but would like to upgrade to the 100 Mbps TIME Broadband and cancel my Astro IPTV..

Is there a way to do this without having my internet disconnected during the transition?

Thanks for the reply.

Hi Bro,

I do agree with you. But sometimes we cannot openly share some technical infos about the devices we used.
Some procedures that require users to check on the devices or yr account details etc.

We want to help but there are restrictions in disclosing some infos publicly.

It'd b easier if I just post right here one time off...rather than posting 'pls check yr Pm' & post reply in Pm again....I hope you understand.

Thanks.

Yup agree Bro.

Eg.
Q : I'm staying in landed properties. Is my house covered ?
A : Although Time would love to expand its coverage to most of the properties, but unfortunately the current FTTH(GPON) service is limited to multi dwelling units such as Apt & Condo.

LOL ....

Yea but ezinger would need to edit the post and include all the FAQ there.
I'm pretty sure with all the questions both yeap and jj choo get in their PM they can come up with a pretty detailed FAQ.
