Does anybody know what is the process like if I'm shifting apartments in the same building (already have a TIME fibre account)?

Dear Bro


Your case is fall under indoor relocation

1. You need to get a form under "Application for Service Modification" form From Time Customer Service. (Kindly PM us your email address if you need the form)

2. Fill in the the related requests under "Indoor reallocation" with your current account detail , request to transfer to new address and forward the request to customerservice@time.com.my

3. Time Customer service personnel will process your request and inform you the relocation appointment within one month.

4. On the appointment date ,the installer will help you to transfer your hardware equipment from the old premises to the new premises and activate the line after relocation.

5. There is a fee of RM 80 will be charged in your next bill after the indoor relocation work done.

Process as following :

1) Fill in the Service Modification Form, tick Indoor Relocation.
* Remember to fill in Existing & New Address.
* You may put down your Required Date of Relocation.
* Let me know if you need any help with the Account No. & Service No. & also the Form.
* There's a fee of RM80 (Indoor Relocation) to be charged into your upcoming bill.

2) Send your request (with the Modification Form) to customerservice@time.com.my .
You will be contacted within 3-5 days time for Relocation scheduling.

3) On the day of Relocation (or whichever day earlier you prefer), dismantle the equipment (ONU, Router & Dect Phone) & put it back to the boxes & move it to the new address.
Our SI will be there to assist you with the new Installation.
* Since it's in the same building, sometimes the SI may help you with the dismantling, sometimes it may not. But don't worry, you can do it yourself.
