Thanks for your prompt reply. I've been using for 13 months now and it just occurred like 1 month ago. I'm not home I can't remember which router. I'm using it with 6mbps Astro IPTV package.

This is my problem.

I have TIME at home, everything runs well. However, I experience super slow Instagram on my Android. Same for my fiancee's phone. Everything loads fine but our Instagram.

When we switch back to our LTE or use other wifis in cafe etc, everything is ok. Is it my router settings? Everything is default though.

Hello, I think I have a problem with my wifi router Linksys E1200, because connection is stable and fast only if only one device/user is currently using internet, when someone starts just simply surfing, the other one cant watch videos on youtube on 460p/720p, it feels like the speed drops for a few seconds.
I'm using Time Firbre 15Mbps

What is the latest firmware for the e1200 currently? Mine is Firmware Version: 2.0.06. Tonight I got issue with the router losing internet connection for more than 5 times, previously its usually 3 or 5 times per day  . The error is either

- I can get into the admin page and restart the ppoe and internet is back or
- The internet returns on its own after 3-4 minutes or
- I cannot get into the admin page at all and need to restart the modem and internet is back.
Im plugged in directly to the router, the dns is google dns. Trying to do speed test is hard since the issue mostly a random timing but usually when >3 people using it, max is 5 people.

Bro, what about the Linksys X3500? Ada firmware update also? I can't seem to find much info regarding this model on the Linksys support site..

I'm on 8mbps package but boosting to 50Mbps can't get my uTorrent to around 4-5MB/s.

Most is about 1.5MB/s. Could you check? KL Tower area.

Thanks both yeapch and jjj2 for your responses. Yeah, my x3500 is the 1.0 HW with 1.0.01.002 firmware. No issues really, was just curious if there was a newer firmware for it especially since I could not find a lot of info regarding this this router model on the Linksys site.

BTW, I only use the X3500 as an N750 wifi access point since my Asus RT-N56U (N600 wifi disabled) is so much better as the main router.
