Anybody else experiencing intermittent connection these few days?
I ran speed test a while ago and I only got around 2Mbps DL speed and 6Mbps UL speed.
I'm at Penang Georgetown.
Have been experiencing "no internet access" several times within these few days.

I subscribed to Time 100Mbps but the download speed is always 30Mbps. Where can I complain/troubleshoot this?

tested the 8mbps line speed as well, are getting 7.8bmps and upload 8.2mbps...

I think they increase their capped level by +10%, 8mbps capped at 9mbs, 15mbps capped at 16.5mbps...My wild guess...

Notice that the default Linksys router, have a lot of prob... I tried to connect to it and using VPN, got DC from time to time...Switch back to my router, no dc at all...

Anyone using the default router with latest FW or any hack firmware? Maybe can share it here. I believe a lot of user still using the default router

Any TIME users out there who frequently stream  to Twitch TV? Noticed some severe degradation in buffering for the past 1-2 months and now even worst when it doesn't buffer and breaks when it loads even on low video quality setting.

Never had this issue when I was on Unifi for the 2 years of service I had.

Hi guys, I just installed for 10mb, but only manage to get 5mb on wifi but Lan is 10mb.

When I talked to dealer Y, he said is like that one wor, they don't guarantee wifi only lan.

Have you guys experience this issue, appreciate your advise any solutions? If no, I may need to cancel. Thks

Bought this unit 4 years ago (mine old version looks different, but same model), used with Streamyx, and later they released firmware update and it works with FIbre. Has been using 2 years with TIME. Best pc part i ever bought. Cheap, upgradable and good!!! LOL.

Don't buy ASUS...overpriced junk.

I bought an expensive RM90 ASUS USB wifi dongle 2 years back or so...300Mbps (at that time expensive), expecting greate performance. Sucks like shitz and unstable. Later bought cheap USB 150N Tplink wifi dongle. Ways faster and stable. Even cheap RM20 Aztech wifi dongle also better!!!

Im using ASTRO BROADBAND that comes with TIME FIBER HOME BROADBAND (10Mbps) for more then two years now.

Is there any link up with the current TIME promotion with Astro Broadband ?

Wanna ask the sifu, which wifi router brand is suitable for TIME broadband.

My current linksys is not reliable and if I were downloading huge files, the other devices connected not able to surf and most of the time I will get connected but no internet.

I have to always restart the router to refresh it.

Is there any reliable wifi router brand out there for TIME ? I was thinking to change it.

Previously I was using UNIFI, with DLINK, so issue at all during huge download, and other other devices able to surf as well.

Just wondering for TIME fibre, is it possible not to drill any hole in my apartment as I'm currently renting the place, maybe hang the fibre into my apartment?

TIME's limiting download rate from filehosting websites? Downloading 2 files from different websites and the download rates aren't even going beyond 10 KBps. And I'm subscribing to the 100Mbps plan with lots of quota left.

Can you pm me the details on how for free upgrade from 8mbps to 10mbps?
