Boost will be useful, but the speed increase ratio will not be so significantly noticeable compared to local connections.

Yes, 100GB Quota.

Speed will throttled down to 10Mbps, rest back next month. No extra charge.

TIME does.not use the same 'ports' nor does it share the same infra as TM, they are both independently.
