In fact Tx Unifi has promised to go in since beginning of last year...but trust me for your condo, even they come in, the QOS is non comparable to TIME.

100Mbps has a 100GB Quota, speed will be throttled down to 10Mbps after the quota.
Fibre Unlimited package has a FREE Boost feature where you are able to boost up to 50Mbps for 30 Hours per month.

Router provided for 100Mbps package is different from Unlimited package.
It's Linksys X3500 which is more expensive & better performance whereas at the moment of writing Linksys E1200 is provided for Unlimited package.
