The software is designed to check your IP when the task about to start...actually there are plenty of solutions to get around...one of it is to 'spoof' your IP when it gets started. After that it will run normally even on Time connection.

Yes Ree73 is right, a standard penalty of RM500 will be imposed.
Also please be reminded that the RM249 Installation Fee is not refundable.

Hi Bro,

The warranty will be voiced once customized firmware is loaded. But since it's giving lots of headaches, no harm going for ddwrt (check hw ver..beware) or tomato..

Existing customers who took up the previous are allowed to migrate to the new package with new fresh 24-months contract.

Hi Sis,

10Mbps @ RM129 is a promo price starting from 18 May until further notice, it will remain the same within your contract.

For Installation, it depends on case by case basis, generally there will be minor drilling, but there are ways to avoid that as well, we will be able to advise you in more details by looking at the actual condition of your unit.

Sorry, if you are referring to the Telephone RJ11 port, nope you can use that port, TIME will be using end-to-end fibre...
Anyway some buildings the phone port contains special trunk lose enough for fibre to pass through..but that is special cases...
