If you are referring to the Europe Traffic, it has been resolved since early last month...the reason we are asking users to provide the test results is not to make eveyone feel difficult...at least provide which destination where users are experiencing slowness...what we want to locate the actual network packets that traverse from users side to the destination... I'm sure you must have been already using Public DNS such as Google DNS / OpenDNS, if not try to set it up in your Router, or your playback devices that running the Kodi. Can you pm your problem in detail, we want to reproduce it and look into this problem in detail. Thanks. |
