Does Time block outgoing traffic for port 25? I need to host my own email server but currently unable to send emails because TM has blocked port 25

Just wanted to say already registered via yeap for my TIME20MBPS and terminated my AstroIPTV subscription. If I can already do 2 netflix streams on Time 10Mbps, 20 should be more than ok

Time Dotcom doesn't seem to be expanding its fibre footprint to any other area... What is happening to Time Dotcom? Contented with the performance in urban area?

May I know the current status for Mutiara Idaman, Jelutong, Pulau Pinang?
When I check the coverage map on TIME official website, I can see a mark (the mark is on the road) placed really really close to Mutiara Idaman, but when I typed in mutiara idaman into the coverage check bar, it return as not covered yet.

Thanks for this,  but I had to rush out last night to buy a router. No choice, the place I went only one affordable for me was hw550-3g. Have housemates needing Internet back on so I just bought this and set up quickly.

I live in condo and since lightning spike only kena my router and no trip in fuse box, my assumption is spike through telephone line.

Can anyone please suggest lightning isolator to avoid this thing from happening again? Want to protect my router and also PC. I heard cal-lab is good. Any model specific for my case? Thanks very much.

Using 100Mbps package after few days. Just some observations.

Local speed tests around 70-85 mbps.

International traffic is slow. Throughput to US servers at around 10mbps on average. Japan at 30mbps.

Youtube 1080p buffering smooth (peaks up to 30mbps). Haven't tested iflix or netflix yet.

Burned through 60 GB of my quota already 100 GB per month certainly not enough. Hope TIME can intro unlimited quota very soon.

Hi and thanks. Well, like I said it is just my assumption. Really I don't know much about the technical aspect. When my internet had problem connecting yesterday, I called time customer service and he helped me to troubleshoot the router. I couldn't access the device page on browser, but direct from modem to desktop can. No issue with lan cables either. So, he said most likely the router is spoilt. I just assumed it is lightning spike due to that lots of thunder storm in my area. He checked from record that the device installed in 2012 so that means out of warranty. Could be device just simply spoiled or maybe because irregular voltage since I'm using a multi plug extension cable to connect pc, modem and router. Could be extension faulty or something which caused device to spoil. From wall socket I use this extension that has 4 plugs.

I'm adding a review for TIME broadband since I just got it installed yesterday. I stay in Empire Damansara.

The technician is very punctual, so no problem there. Installation is pretty fast as well.

I signed up for 20Mbps line. After installation, I did a Speedtest and got speeds between 20-30Mbps on Time's server on 5 tries.

Tried to torrent in the evening and download 2 files total of 5GB. I think both finished downloaded within 1 hour; definitely below 1.5 hours.

PlayingHD videos on Youtube is seamless and fast.

Now here's the problem. I woke up this morning and my TIME line wasn't working anymore. My LOS led light is blinking like Ultraman on despo mode. When I log on to my router, I got "ISP time out" on my status.

Called the CS, he run through me some steps like rebooting both routers and asked if I had done any configuration which I did not. And told me that he will try to push the signal to the router. Did not solve the issue either.

Let's see if the CS can solve my issue within 24 hours like how Daniel (the TIME's CS guy) told me. /crossing fingers

Just take a look at Johor (apart from JB). I don't find the presence of Time dotcom here...

Better just lower the subscription costs enough to give options to cover iflix. TIME collaborating with iflix would probably conflict with their agreement with Astro.
