I noticed the issue started to happen after i upgrade my plan from 15 to 20, it was good before this. I just ran a speedtest at TIME website m getting DL speed@3Mbps and UL speed@20Mbps...strange...

I received an email from time customer service saying my credit limit is updated, but i don't recall applying for credit limit update, i hope is not a scam or something ??

There are 2 device at my home provided by TIME, 1 is ONU (i think), another 1 is the modem/router, if I want to enjoyed the full 300Mbps do i need to change both device or just the modem/router ?
