I see... went there lately. Other than the land, the layout and built-up of the so-called bangalow is semi-D equivalent. The built-up starts from 3333sf to 3600+ sf only. Btw, isn't it called Diamond City i/o garden city biggrin.gif

To me, I still prefer SEH. EM dont have their layouts or showhouses so cannot comment much
Diamond City staircase too narrow, felt cramped overall (their bungalows)
However, their Mansion.......aiyooyoo....so huge and so tall/high (of course price also high, not for people like you and me perhaps)......perhaps ngam TKJ and her taling tongue.gif tongue.gif

Btw, just out of curiosity. For Gentlebre buyers, you only bought the land right? Then what about the construction? Another payment & bank financing for the construction? Given this is strata G&G, the bangalow you are going to build is based on the design given by developer?

According to EMSO, there is no restriction on Gentlebre - build what you like, when you like. Unbelievable isnt it? End up hotch potch deisgns and sizes.

There is restriction on gentlebre eg. Setback left, right, back 10ft. Front 20ft. Min. Builtup 3500 sf, max height 15m, roof angle etc etc..individual title with DMC. No time limit to build.

What's the price psf and generally how large the land size? Seems they sell it "quietly" as I don't notice any news about it.

I think prop321 input is accurate. There are certain rules to be adhered to. To say no restriction at all is plain unacceptable and inaccurate. Can PM me the name of the SA? I can verify more.

130 PSF with disc and size is 65x100 typical. There is a larger one, can't recall the size. It was in my review.
