Morning Alan-Kor..... I really dont know which one is Swan Lake. My educated quess will be the one constructed now, located near the EMSG.

EW will build a mall near the interchange area ie. Silver Square. But this is far fetch for now. Will SPS build another one? No one know. I hope they can build something that have symbiotic effects.

As for ClubHouse, they are planning to build an international level clubhouse near Silver Square with indoor and outdoor facilities. Not details yet. I didnt 'char' them a bit on Clubhouseand hope similar thing happened in Setia Alam wont repeat here.

Someone mentioned huge park and jogging track. I think there is not per say in EM but the lake surrounding should be great. If I am resident there, I probably run from Tenderfields to EcoHille via Red Pavement bridge and then patah balik.....

EMSG is eco majestic sales gallery. It is beside the lake, quite near red pavement bridge.

About SA Clubhouse, I will take it offline with you.

There are multiple small lakes in EM to rhyme well with the theme. Just no cinya big lake.

Dont hope. There is no cinya big lake. What you see at the masterplan is probably the Swan Lake located near EMSG and Cradleton. In my heart, I do wish the same i.e. to have a 2-3km loop around the lake for running or brisk walking or walking the pets, etc....

But REALITY is NONE. But hor, we can run along the precinct. That should be good too. Even in Setia Alam central park, people run along the precinct more often than within. I am referring to those runners...not the family type with kids.

Ecohill phase 1 units are DIBS while phase 2 units are non-DIBS, although both are opened to public on the same time.

Since semenyih would be quite remote and Eco Hill already having their own club house, i guess the only users would be....EM owners.

If this place doesn't have enough mass from EM people to pay for the facility usage, does it mean that the center will be closed or badly maintained?

Unlike other development which the club facility is part of strata or monthly maintenance fee, this one might see deterioration without enough fund to sustain itself.

Lol, it's different concept I presume. One of the most crucial selling points for Diamond city is its clubhouse, as no significant infra is being built.

By the way, from your perception, to maintain the club house facilities in Diamond City, what's the appropriate maintenance fees should be collected?   

Do you know what type of facilities are put in place in DC clubhouse?

Is there an olympic size swimming or any 30meter lap pool?

I really want to find out the details of how they run the club....this club appear to be pretty well run...And non DPC residents/owners may not get the membership....
