I also pass one copy to solicitor and one copy for EM as well on the day signing SPA on sunday.

Cradleton has 600 units. Signing is planned over two days. Each signing takes at least half hour till 2 hours. Spa, loan agreement and DMC. Some know very much and just sign after checking variable parameters...some cowpeh from lunch till bukak time....

i think if SA is experience they should be able to tell based on questions asked i guess...

Not easy for one lawyer firm to handle all. Even with so many lawyer firms, I think the staff for each of this firms also working till very busy already.

The SA can quit and become 看相 sifu.   

yes lar, not easy also. But everyone are work hard for their own duty and tasks also. Even maybe day and night. Nobody knows. 

currently on the fence... to be honest i went there for investment - but was quite impressed with the master-plan itself..

now having second thoughts.... if its really nice... heck why not... the soon-to-be home minister is also hinting....

We discussed this before - I am truly one good example of the buyer type you mentioned above - I have not seen any LKS projects before and I bought blindly simply with confidence in the LKS brandname. The sales cycle for me took 3 days only - Day 1 Heard of Project, Day 2 Collect queue ticket, Day 3 Choose Unit.

24x75 already > 800k, wonder how much more can go in future? Sigh....
