Aww... shrug, most of the monitors nowadays are scraping off the VGA port, which is essential for me, as I'm still using KVM with only VGA option.
*sigh* Looks like no upgrade for the time being... yawn.gif

need sifu help,
U2412M or RL2455HM

i currently playing hearthstone, using watch movie and surf net, and will buy ps4 end of the year. i not FPS player. more to 3rd person shooter(eq uncharted, GTAV, Assassin Creed). THanks sir.

The real question is do my gaming preference need to sacrifice Video Quality over input lag/response time.

i change my mind, will go for either IPS or VA panel.
Since i no hardcore FPS(TN panel), just casual gamer ps4

either
1) GW2760HS VA
2) U2414H IPS
3) VX239H IPS

which one above best for both response time/lag
Any miss out around for panel rm900.

THanks bro

Its selling point is a feature-called GROM (gaming refresh-rate optimization management), which adjusts refresh-rates between steps of 75 Hz, 100 Hz, 120 Hz, and 144 Hz, depending on the content's frame-rate, to minimize stuttering or page-tearing

hmm that aint gonna help in tearing. minimize yes.. but not eliminate it..

Need some help here.
My monitor Dell U2312HM has defective pixels on the left side recently.
What actions should I take ? Got a solution ?
It is still under warranty, maybe can get a replacement ? I don't really know the procedure.
Thanks in advance.

Heres how it is

If you have less than 6 'dead pixels' then I'm sorry but you're out of luck for a replacement. They'll replace it if you have even 1 'bright pixels'. Look at your monitor carefully because this part is critical and very important.

You may refer the Dell LCD Display Pixel Guidelines as per link below to determine your LCD screen dead pixel issue
http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/...8/%7Bdoclang%7D

If I'm in your situation right now, I'd call dell up. They'll clarify it for you whether its eligible for a replacement or not.

So they procedure would be like this. Call Dell at 1800-88-0022

You would need to give them your 'order number' from the original monitor box it came with. Starts from 900XXXXXX. They'll verify your monitor's warranty for you. And the rest, just follow the instructions from the technical support person. smile.gif

Hope that helps. Good luck! icon_rolleyes.gif
