Need some help here. My monitor Dell U2312HM has defective pixels on the left side recently. What actions should I take ? Got a solution ? It is still under warranty, maybe can get a replacement ? I don't really know the procedure. Thanks in advance. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

They'll replace it if you have even 1 'bright pixels'. Look at your monitor carefully because this part is critical and very important. You may refer the Dell LCD Display Pixel Guidelines as per link below to determine your LCD screen dead pixel issue http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/...8/%7Bdoclang%7DIf I'm in your situation right now, I'd call dell up. They'll clarify it for you whether its eligible for a replacement or not. So they procedure would be like this. Call Dell at 1800-88-0022 You would need to give them your 'order number' from the original monitor box it came with. Starts from 900XXXXXX. They'll verify your monitor's warranty for you. And the rest, just follow the instructions from the technical support person. Hope that helps. Good luck! TQVM bro, I appreciate it and will call them
