biggrin.gif The same decision as I bought my 23" last time, the 24" is way too expensive, being over 1K (23" only RM680) last time really break the deal for me, what more it's a TN panel to begin with, capacitive touch button (bad choice) doh.gif
And yeah, post your side of review for this unit, although all of us should already know how powderful this model can be. sweat.gif
*
haha sure

1500 for the 24 inch was not that expensive 4 myself yet laugh.gif rclxms.gif but 2 shell 5k plus just 4 the 30 inch is just way 2 blatantly unacceptable and ultimate deal breaker doh.gif shakehead.gif

This sounds very familiar. Are you using HDMI connection? If that is the case then just look inside Catalyst Control Center for HDMI display scaling option... hmm.gif

Yup....DVI to HDMI
it said "CCC cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using CCC." when i opened.

Then try re-installing your display drivers again. Can try searching "hdmi scaling problem" on the web, and you can see the issues surrounding HDMI connection and GPU scaling. Other than that, if your monitor has a DVI input then use the DVI connection instead... hmm.gif

sound like driver issue as CCC cannot be started. try clear the old driver and install the latest 1.
and then follow lex advise, adjust Scaling Option

all i can say is, the hype is true

i can see virtually no screen tearing at all

Wow, good deal, but darn shipping to EM is way too expensive for me, will probably ask for local distri here in Kuching when I have the dough to do so, right now I'm prioritize something else. sweat.gif
p/s: For the weight of the U2713HM, postage is nearly RM80 doh.gif (poslaju) if DOA I'm sure to bleed dead on site. rclxub.gif

not trying to be a rude or anything, but did you do your research before writing that?

last gen consoles have not been 60FPS since years, theyre stuck on 24-30FPS

even if youre referring to latest gen consoles, not all is 60FPS

as for why you want GSync, ofc thats why, since you have PC with Nvidia card. why not make use of the capability right?

imo, GSync works best if your rig is mid-high end (depending on reso, might be low-mid end)

and the frames works best around 60-90FPS

at that FPS, it makes it the best gaming experience

if 30-60FPS, youll see stuttering due to low FPS
