Asus seems to be pricey at RM1.4K and doesn't seem to be many sellers around. Where to buy this monitor? And the warranty for it? 

16:10 is better than 16:9?

Yeah, it's kinda sad. That's why I'm still sticking to my trusted 2008 monitor until now. At least there's still the Dell one but that model is from 2012(?) and hasn't been refreshed, I think.

warranty bro and shipping is VERY expensive from Amazon. U2412M is good enough.

This model is not so recommended for casual use, only those seeking for budget entry level colour critical works.
High-end IPS to boot, with factory calibrated report, I can say this only useful if you have the calibration tool to make full use of the hardware.

The same decision as I bought my 23" last time, the 24" is way too expensive, being over 1K (23" only RM680) last time really break the deal for me, what more it's a TN panel to begin with, capacitive touch button (bad choice)
And yeah, post your side of review for this unit, although all of us should already know how powderful this model can be.

p/s: For the weight of the U2713HM, postage is nearly RM80   (poslaju) if DOA I'm sure to bleed dead on site.

Good news for those don't mind about colour accuracy.

For those of us who takes color slightly serious and don't mind about pixels transition latency (IPS is always slower than TN, no doubt) and lastly we don't mind waiting for it to mature, yeah... after that few years, I'll probably jumped just slightly... 1440p

zorbyss. I'm using 3 U2414Hs myself. Pretty good deal from teng_08. slimmest bezel AFAIK and the warranty duration is amazing.
