Damansara foresta is a good project that attracts.

There are people out there waiting for phase 2 to be launched.

Phase 1 kao dim Sui Sui first, then only L&G can proudly present Phase 2 rite?
The hypes seems like slow down now.

Hopefully L&G won't be another one that deliver something that not match what hey have promised.

Does anyone knows details of the following issue?

Main Contractor: PYS Construction Sdn. Bhd.
- anyone heard of this contractor? Whether the workmanship of its previous projects are good?
- I heard Mayland Royal Regent has a lot of workmanship issue. Royal Regent happens to be constructed by PYS as well.

Sanitary Wear and Lift Brand
- I went to the sales gallery 3times and multiple times of call. None of them can provide the brand that they'll be providing.
- Lift plays a VERY IMPORTANT role that affects the workmanship of the whole condo, and thus the value of the property.
- I understand very well that Developer has absolute right to provide whatever brand they seem it, even the cheapest in costing terms. Still, we have the right to know.
- RM800K property, not something expensive, yet definitely not cheap at all.

Developer is one thing. It is always the main contractor (MAINCON) that dictates the workmanship of the project.

Honestly, I am very worried on the quality of Foresta.

They seems are local Malaysian Chinese company. Some forumers claim they are mainland chinese

Block C is also by PYS (based on the banner hanging there). It seems only block D is by LS.

what a name? Lu Strong. i believe it is translated from their Chinese name 陆强
Lu Strong is a Chinese construction company, their online profile looks like they are a decent company.

Last month, a new registered forumer claims that the construction work stopped at Foresta due to the developer did not pay on time. So it was PYS or Lu Strong (as main contractors) who stopped their work? or the Sub-contractiors who appointed by the main contractors who stopped their work??
