This is 1 thing I dislike about L&G. They give ample time/notice for loan disbursement but very slow in paying the interest. For my case, they always late in paying by a week or so, normally on 21st-23rd. Due date is 14th.For another developer, they give short notice for bank to disburse progressive payment (hence buyer need to follow up closely) but very prompt in paying interest. |

normally the bank charge the interest RM300++ then L&G will paid for it.. as we all know they always late in payment.
but just found out that the last charge increased to RM800++ this mean diff phase d ? |
