Is another new phase launching for Damansara Foresta? Saw a board beside the entrance.

this I strongly agree. it is so unethical and time wasting. if that made them think they're smart or cunning I find it irritating. just advertise what the owner wants. I am saying this from a property agent point of view.
I just don't buy the idea of "i kind of control this area". yes, the more units in your hands means better coverage and choices to potential but if you're sincere and honest, referral will be more satisfying.to me its an open market.

Well the truth is in current downtown, many agents (i would say nicely) misled unsuspecting sellers tat the market value of the condo lower than expected, and so try to use tis technique to sell more units to meet their (personal) KPI...so they contributed to lower and lowrr market value for the condo/place....they only care bout komisen...i have personally checked tat some condo can actually sell ( market value) of Rm500k INSTEAD OF RM420K as advertised by mist unscrupolous agents

But desperate sellers oso contributed to tis poblem in bringing down the overall market value of the said pojek

Well u can never trust those poperty websites 100% eg bintangpoperty always reported massive no of visitors eg 10k at poperry event and tens of millions of selt but in reality only few hundred or even less visitors and all pat fly..me knw coz me being there

The only reasonably objective poperty site which oso states the negative is propwall.com but they seem less popular nw no special app

I'm new to Damansara Foresta and this topic.

I find that the gym there is almost always too hot. I don't speak Malay, so it's difficult to communicate with the guards, but they don't seem to understand that the gym should be cool during normal hours, not hotter than outside.

One time a guard thought that I actually wanted it hotter, not cooler.

The guards normally have all the AC turned off. Only some of them realize that they have a remote hand held device that controls the temperature, so some of them will just switch it on at your request, and the thermostats will be set so high that they don't cool the room at all.

So can someone educate the guards as to how to cool the gym? Is it simply too expensive to keep the gym cool during operating hours? If so, why not just close it and be done with it?

perhaps u should feedback to the management office or to the JMB /owner group . for more effective result.

Perhaps you need to learn some simple malay?
By the way the guards arent malays either ..

Lousy guard then, complained to management or JMB. now even flat s guard also can speak english

personally I find most foreign guards are very friendly and helpful........

recently go check out the place and unit. close look macam old condo liao. overall workmanship quite bad. some area workmanship very bad until pusing kepala... landscaping so so only.
