Attended a talk by mr ho chin soon today. He said gamuda will target to have the mrt running by 31 dec 2016 as gamuda will be entitle to a huge incentive

so mrt will run almost 1 year before EKC vp...

Just to ask for further clarification, is the MRT running from Sg Buloh to Kajang by 31-Dec-2016? Or until Semantan?
Reason: Per the original plan, the MRT will be in operation from Sg Buloh to Semantan by end of 2016.
"Phase One of the MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line from Sungai Buloh to Semantan will become operational by the end of 2016 while Phase Two from Semantan to Kajang will become operational by July 2017, allowing trains to serve the entire line."

One existing real life example  is Subang Empire SOHO

dont' quite understand why with the same amount money, you are investing it in a densed, congested unplanned city here in Cheras versus a well planned city like Cyberjaya with a also planned economic zone in place already. we know knowledge and innovative economy is the future, and Cyberjaya is driving that initiative in making it materialise.

The surroundings of CBJ is breathtaking, a very good environment to raise kids if you have a family. DPulze mall is up and IOI resort City mall ( as big as Mid Valley ) is coming up this month.

I would use the same money to buy properties in CBJ for the next several years..just my 2 cents for those who want to own an a nice environment with cheaper pricing compare to other parts of KL.
