i was at a viewing a few months ago and it's almost breaching RM800 psf. too late to join coz the price is so high now.

I am asking the question above partly because I would like to see if the mall approval has delayed the
construction schedule. Is Ekovest taking part in the Star Property fair at KLCC?
If so, suggest to pay a visit to their booth and ask if for the sakit verification. Understand they have "standard" answer, but at least they know buyers are keeping an eye of the progress. |
