Almost 1 year gone and left 3 years, they need to build the shopping mall so more...by right, the structure for the first few floors should be up already. Believed now the piling not even completed yet

Just called Ekovest and they said construction stage is about 10% and is on time

They finished the duke highway ahead the deadline...

one year from the SPA date gone already and yet the car parks excavations still not ready yet.

I understand that the site of BlkH/BlkE/Hotel has picked up its pace in catching up. In fact, there has been some significant progress (some can been seen in the C and D pictures).

All this while the BlkJ/Office site is seen as the "frontier/pioneer" site and expected to show more "leading" status than just in the pictures. Just my opinion. (I know very little about construction)

Curious about the second picture, if it is compared with the first picture, both the hotel and office towers seem to be different....

I think soho, sovo, sofo, soxo, studios and 1 bedders will be oversupplied in Klang Valley. There are simply too many units coming into the market. These are easy to sell to investors because of the small entry price. There are only that many rich expats and students. Most regular workers and students rent a room in a 3 bedder to minimise rent. Even worse, some share rooms. Studios are a luxury and that is something most Malaysians cannot afford. But these devs are selling 3 bedders that are so expensive and so much above subsale price. Klang Valley general suburb price is about 5-600 psf for subsale condos but devs are charging minimum 800 psf and up. Most upper middle income people cannot afford lar, what say middle income earners.

Ekocheras Shopping Mall approved already. Hopefully they will go full swing to complete on time with good quality workmanship.
