Saw the following post today... All duplex SoHo. From 596 sf (various sizes) and from up to RM 518.097. Freehold. Mixed integrated development along Jalan Cheras. Connected walkway to Leisure Mall MRT station. Developer is ** Ekovest Berhad. ** Blok H : 32 Storey ( 31 Duplex ) 578 units Blok J : 32 Storey ( 31 Duplex ) 584 units Blok E : 38 Storey : 362 units Total Units : 1524 ID Parkages : Cooker Hood and Hob * Kitchen Cabinet Maintenance Fee : pst RM 0.36 Project Completion : DEC 2017 .............................................................................. As for the studio unit, from previous sales chart, the RM518k is at least 32-nd floor. (Yes, the psf would be RM870) Just my interpretation... |

Attended a talk by mr ho chin soon today. He said gamuda will target to have the mrt running by 31 dec 2016 as gamuda will be entitle to a huge incentive
so mrt will run almost 1 year before EKC vp... |
