there are proposed highway has been approved by DBKL.

from ekocheras (jalan cheras) toward MRR2, turn to Ampang direction.
basically you skip the cheras roundabout .

All the low floor units (relatively lower price also) have been sold out.
Perhaps that is a loan reject unit or director release.

MBO cinema...haiz....
I think 1st choice should be GSC since the leisure mall GSC is so old, 2nd should be TGV, MBO seems giving impression of low class...

I hope the Ekomall operator/marketing team is reading this feedback.

Alternatively, one can feedback to GSC via its site.
I have submitted a feedback to GSC, asking them to consider having more halls in Cheras.

(No offend to other Cinema supporters)

if u asked me, i would prefer GSC also. Cinemas is one of the key successful factors for the Ekocheras mall...

And so far, online platform of GSC is the best..
Nowadays ppl like to book ticket online before going to theatre.
They might go else where If they can't get the movie ticket online..

though GSC signature is going to upgrade the status of the mall, but i think is not that suitable for ekomall, as this mall should aim for mass market, tenant seletion should refer to paradigm mall, F&B should refer to publika solaris dutamas

This should be a low floor unit.
Even agent acknowledged 10% increase...(at least for marketing)
