Sunway velocity another mixed development project in cheras launched their studio units for RM1,340 psf. pretty hefty premium compared to ekocheras. although i hv to admit sunway has a good track record of running malls as compared to ekovest who has not practically runned one b4.

When I passed by there yesterday, it was raining.
Not chance to snap any photo. In general, from the past 3 months, a significant result is the edge clearing. We can see the Convent edge has been "transformed" from green to a slope and the edge is getting vertical. |
