This developer has been slow to develop Bukit Puchong but am excited to see if they can make the township into a well planned concept township. More happening place in Puchong

Tesco grocery store that open from 8am-1am is very conveneint, no need to jam at highway.

Yes, its a convenient place with hypermarket, eateries and schools nearby. So far, the feedback on developer is also pretty good. Strangely, their sales has not been very good.

The existing shoplots there also quite run down, u can see there are many shoplots for sale or unoccupied. The only successful shop is house lightning. Bukit hitam shd focus to revive the commi in this area then the sales will definitely shoot up. Strangely the commi opposite ldp is very happenning with many famous eateries like bahkuteh, fish head, yongtaufu, and so on
