Developer say the earliest will be mid 2017.
Even after external structure is completed, still a lot of work to be done inside the building.

Here are some images taken from the site visit at Epic Suites. Progress is as per schedule and the finishing is very nice and neat. The products used are also of good quality. The tiles are from Niro Granite, Daikin airconds and Schneider brand switches.

For more info you may call me at 0193214021 - Niran.

Bukit puchong has a good reputation in completing their projects. The developer is small but nimble.

Yes, I heard the developer is cash rich. Their development land is not even charged to the bank.

This developer has been slow to develop Bukit Puchong but am excited to see if they can make the township into a well planned concept township. More happening place in Puchong rclxms.gif

Bukit hitam development is not small man.

Their land bank is probably bigger than some of the big names u hear in the market.

Low density community that got proper township planning.

Plenty of malay stall for nasi lemak, kueh etc on weekday morning and everyday evening. Bulan ramadan have a lot of food stall inside township itself.

Tesco grocery store that open from 8am-1am is very conveneint, no need to jam at highway.

Variety of food selection from Chinese, mamak etc all within 3-4km driving distant ie puchong utama, tamning boulevard etc..

Yes, its a convenient place with hypermarket, eateries and schools nearby. So far, the feedback on developer is also pretty good. Strangely, their sales has not been very good.

The existing shoplots there also quite run down, u can see there are many shoplots for sale or unoccupied. The only successful shop is house lightning. Bukit hitam shd focus to revive the commi in this area then the sales will definitely shoot up. Strangely the commi opposite ldp is very happenning with many famous eateries like bahkuteh, fish head, yongtaufu, and so on

Nope. None whatsoever even after 2 decades. Useless developer. Never do proper planning one. Too kiasu and kiasi.

Buy their shares better than their property
