We cannot expected the housing price grow very fast in this area because this developer quite slow for development for this area, but is save for long term investment.

No bank No fast food or advance restaurant support BP Newtown how to be a successful commercial centre ? My friend stay at Bukit Puchong also said that....this devoleper is really cash rich but very kiasu always slow slow make decisions, always wrong planing & wrong timing

deep color is nice but wrong color collocation ugly look, normally if using deep color all window frame should white color
