We cannot expected the housing price grow very fast  in this area because this developer quite slow for development for this area, but is save for long term investment.
*
If developer is slow in developing this area, better I invest in other locations which grow faster right?

It's good to stay positive all the times & if you dont mind the change in mind then it's OK.

For ppl who are particular about the name, if MPS change to Pangsapuri Epik then doh.gif  biggrin.gif Just kidding, I dont think they will do that I guess?
*
Actually, I find the Malay spelling of Epik more interesting than English. Haha. Anyway, majority of Bukit Puchong is Chinese and Epic Suites is under MPSJ.

Agree that the travelling time to KLCC may not be ideal but the price of a high-end service apartment like Epic Suites is definitely more costly in KL or PJ.

Given that the land is freehold and the facilities it features, people can now own a luxurious residence at a pretty good price at a prime area in Klang Valley.  The units are low density and located at a properly planned township with amenities to suit modern lifestyle. Chinese and international schools are less than 10 minutes away and there are also malls (IOI and Setiawalk) nearby.

In conjunction with CNY, there will be a promotion or RM 10,000.00 in Big Ang Pow and lucky draw up to RM 38,888.00

If you would like to discuss further and need more information, you may pm me or contact me at 0193214021.

Bukit puchong has a good reputation in completing their projects. The developer is small but nimble.
*
Yes, I heard the developer is cash rich. Their development land is not even charged to the bank.

This developer has been slow to develop Bukit Puchong but am excited to see if they can make the township into a well planned concept township. More happening place in Puchong rclxms.gif

Low density community that got proper township planning.

Plenty of malay stall for nasi lemak, kueh etc on weekday morning and everyday evening. Bulan ramadan have a lot of food stall inside township itself.

Tesco grocery store that open from 8am-1am is very conveneint, no need to jam at highway.

Variety of food selection from Chinese, mamak etc all within 3-4km driving distant ie puchong utama, tamning boulevard etc..
*
Yes, its a convenient place with hypermarket, eateries and schools nearby. So far, the feedback on developer is also pretty good. Strangely, their sales has not been very good.

Fyi, Ayer Hitam Plantation was one of the highest performance stock back in the 90ties with returns over thousands of %  ;-)

For the stock to be performing superbly, the company must have been doing very well in sales and profit.
