the design for the 1 room unit quite weird.. if our guest visiting us and nid to for toilet.. have to invite him to our room for the toilet.. weird right..

Actually 861sf shd build as 2r2b. Visited their soft launch last sat, they reopen one 861sf 9floor at 452k. Didnt take as i only interested in 699 or 624 since all also 1r1b and 1cp. Hope when they open block b they can chg 861 to 2r2b 2cp then at least more attractive than 6xx units

there are still unsold units when I left last sat. I doubt they would change it.

Not really, the closest station is station 11 LRT extension which is 5km away give or take.
Access to KL I would say using MEX through Nusaputra(?) interchange which is also 5km away (estimate).

I believe this location should probably target Cyberjaya n Putrajaya rental market and also potential capital appreciation due to development around Tasik Prima and Puchong.

Need some holding power. At least it's freehold.

My 2 cents.

Pros and Cons. Near LRT will be too "international", not good for own stay. 5km to LRT is just a short drive away.
Regarding MEX, I suspect the majority buyers here aren't working near KLCC in the first place. Most probably Cyberians / Puchongites and Southern KL in general.

1. 150 units, 624 to 2475 sqft, starting RM346k
2. 5% rebate

I'll try to drop by and 6c6c.
